BISWANATH CHARIALI, Aug 14: As part of the celebrations for the upcoming 78th Independence Day, Assam Rifles organised a ‘Mega Blood Donation Camp’ in collaboration with the Rotary Club at Tezpur on Wednesday, stated a press release. The event underscored their deep commitment to providing assistance to those in need through blood donation. A total of 139 personnel from Assam Rifles stepped forward as blood donors, embodying the values of selflessness and patriotism. This initiative highlighted the importance of service to the country in all forms. By organising this camp, Assam Rifles emphasised the crucial role our forces play in building a compassionate society.
