NAGAON, Aug 21: Dulen Bora, a journalist with a Guwahati-based satellite TV news channel, was arrested by Nagaon police on Wednesday for misbehaving with a female physician at Nagaon BP Civil Hospital.
Sources said that the arrested journalist was presented before a local court immediately after his arrest, with the police seeking five days of custody. However, the court granted him three days of police remand, sources added.

The sources also claimed that the arrested TV journalist had taken Rs 6 lakhs from the female doctor, promising to invest it in the stock or share market and refund it with a profit. When the physician sought her money back after a few months, the journalist reportedly began threatening her and avoiding contact, sources further stated.
