EM Nilut Swargiary lays foundation stone, reaffirms BTC’s commitment to infra development

KOKRAJHAR, Jan 10: Nilut Swargiary, the Executive Member (EM) for Information and Public Relations, PHE departments, on Friday laid the foundation stone for the construction of a vital road from Chubura Chuburi Pather L.P. School to Nur Hussain House in No-66 Dhansiri VCDC, a key project aimed at improving road connectivity in the region.

During the foundation stone laying ceremony, Swargiary emphasised the BTC’s strong commitment to improving road infrastructure and ensuring better connectivity across BTR.

Under the able leadership of CEM Pramod Boro, the BTC is focusing on a progressive development agenda, which includes the construction and maintenance of roads to ensure better accessibility and promote overall growth in the region.

Swargiary remarked, “The development of infrastructure is at the core of our vision for BTR. We believe that the foundation of a progressive Bodoland lies in the improvement of connectivity. This road project will not only enhance travel convenience but will also contribute to the socio-economic upliftment of the surrounding areas.”

Swargiary further reiterated the BTC’s ongoing efforts to work towards better living standards and the overall development of BTR, focusing on key areas such as infrastructure, education, and employment.
