EM Swargiary emphasises timely execution of PHE schemes in BTR

GUWAHATI, Sept 9: Driven by BTC chief Pramod Boro’s vision, EM Dr Swargiary has been actively visiting districts across BTR to oversee the progress and address any issues related to ongoing PHE Department schemes. On Monday, he chaired a review meeting with the Tangla division of the PHE Department to evaluate the status of various projects.

During the meeting, the EM said, “Effective and timely implementation of our PHE schemes is crucial to ensuring that the benefits reach every resident of BTR.” 

“We must ensure that all projects are completed as specified and within the set timeframes to fulfil our commitment to the people,” stated Dr Nilut Swargiary.

During the review, EM Dr Swargiary emphasised the importance of regular field visits by engineers to ensure that schemes are implemented as per specifications and completed on schedule. He stressed the need for proper maintenance of these projects to maximise their benefits for the residents of BTR.

In Tangla, EM Dr Swargiary had detailed discussions with the divisional executive engineer, SDO, and SOs about the current status of ongoing projects and strategies for streamlining future initiatives.
