BISWANATH CHARIALI, March 18: Being a prime institute of Assam, Biswanath College has always been focusing on creating an employable environment in the college. In continuation of its effort Biswanath College on Saturday organised a seminar on interview skills in collaboration with the Assam Kaziranga University.
This was an activity following the memorandum of understanding signed between the Kaziranga University and Biswanath College in August 2022. The session started with the welcome speech by Dr. Chintamani Sharma, the principal of Biswanath College where he put emphasis on competitiveness in the field of employment in present days. The session witnessed the presence of Sunprit Singh, assistant general manager, the Kaziranga University. In his speech, he delivered extensively on the skills needed while preparing for the interview. It was quite a motivational session that enlightened the students’ mind in terms of confidence as well as personality development. His presentation was supported by various demonstrations which were assisted by his colleague Isfaqul Imdad Ullah, deputy manager, marketing and admissions, the Kaziranga University.
The programme was jointly organised by the career guidance and counseling cell and internal quality assurance cell of Biswanath College.
