JORHAT, Nov 28: A body of a person identified as Ratul Bora (40) of Pakhimari under Rowriah Police Outpost on the outskirts here was found in front of his house in the wee hours of Monday.
A police source stated that the body with the throat slit was found by neighbours who through the Gaon Pradhan informed the police. Policemen including a senior district police official inspected the site on Monday and sent the body for post mortem to JMCH. Investigation is on in the case, the source said.
