SIVASAGAR, Jan 15: Public Health Engineering minister Jayanta Malla Baruah on Wednesday inaugurated the new office building of the Sivasagar District BJP Office at AT Road near Sikh Gurudwara in the presence of the MLA Thowra Sushanta Borgohain, Sivasagar municipality chairperson Mrinalee Konwar, Surabhi Rajkonwari, OBC committee chairperson, Mridusmita Sinha, president, Mahila Marcha, Ghana Gogoi, leader, AGP Rishiraj Hazarika, Sushila Goswami, and party workers.
Minister Jayantamalla Baruah, urged the party workers to work dedicatedly for the elections in 2026 and the Panchayat VC elections to be held after the HSLA and HSSLC Examinations in the state.
Baruah says the party works on four principles of the 4Ks -Karma, Karmasuchi, Karmachari, and Kosh. The coordination of the four aspects is vitally important for the growth of an organisation.
The minister said that the time has come when big bridges, roads, and other massive development works are being done without deterrent agitations by a section. Bitupon Raidongia, the new district president presided over the function and resolved to make a clean sweep in the 2026 elections with the cooperation of the party workers.
