Deven Majhi (76), a fourth-grade employee of Hem Chandra Borgohain Model English High School residing in Demow, passed away on Tuesday night due to a pressure stroke. Deven Majhi was affectionately known as ‘Uncle’ and ‘Kokai’ at the school. The staff of Hem Chandra Borgohain Model English High School paid their last respects to Deven Majhi and expressed their deepest condolences. He will be greatly missed by everyone at the school.
