MORIGAON, Sept 8: The Prime Minister’s overarching scheme for holistic nutrition, known as Rashtriya Poshan Maah-2023, was formally inaugurated on Friday by the district development commissioner at the DC’s conference hall. The event was attended by the ADC, joint director of Health, DSWO, CDPOs, officers from Education and Agriculture departments, as well as DPC and BPCs. The theme for this year’s Rashtriya Poshan Maah is ‘Suposhit Bharat, Sakshar Bharat, Sashakt Bharat’ (Nutrition-rich India, Educated India, Empowered India). The inauguration in Morigaon follows the recent central inauguration of Rashtriya Poshan Maah-2023 in Golaghat district.
