Sukhanjhora Mili Juli Lakshmi Puja concludes

KOKRAJHAR, Oct 30: The 13th Sukhanjhora Mili Juli Sri Sri
Lakshmi Puja concluded on Monday after a three day
programme being held at SK Jeowary ME School playground
in Kokrajhar.
The statue of Goddess Lakshmi Devi was seen decorated with
traditional Bodo dokhona and jwmgra that attracted the
visitors.
A Brahma Joghyahuti was also performed.
A cultural evening was organised on Sunday evening to mark
the Sri Sri Lakshmi Puja celebration.
Hantigiri Narzary, UPPL media secretary and senior journalist
inaugurated the cultural evening amidst presence of huge
gathering.
Among others, Rwhw Rwhw Mushahary, chairman of
Sukhanjhora VCDC, Dante Basumatary, UPPL Sukhanjhora
primary committee president, Bilifang Boro, social worker
were prominent attendees in the event.
