DEMOW, Dec 4: The Swasthya Sewa Utsav-3 was organised at Demow Model Hospital cum CHC situated in Konwar Dehingia on Tuesday. Mrityunjay Bharali, executive officer of the Demow Municipal Board, and Dr Santosh Kumar Sahu, associate professor of JMCH, were present as assessors and conducted the assessment. They visited the hospital and evaluated services such as infrastructure, quality service to the public, hospital cleanliness, infection control, utilisation of medicines, and Bio-Medical Waste Management, among others.
Thowra MLA Sushanta Borgohain was present as an evaluator at the Swasthya Sewa Utsav-3 organised at Demow Model Hospital cum CHC on Tuesday. MLA Sushanta Borgohain cut the red ribbon and inaugurated an AYUSH OPD at the hospital on the same day. The program was attended by the doctors, nurses, and health workers of Demow Model Hospital cum CHC.
