GUWAHATI, Dec 4: The Guwahati branch of the Eastern India Chartered Accountants Student Association (EICASA) conducted a workshop on GST Annual Filings – GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C at ICAI Bhawan, Manik Nagar, Guwahati. The workshop was held recently, after office hours, for trainee articles and students. It aimed to effectively train students in annual filing compliance under GST for the completed financial year 2023-24, for which the last date is December 31, 2024.
CA Gaurab Garodia, EICASA chairman, facilitated the workshop, while CA Jatin Jain from Guwahati served as the faculty for the session, focusing on the practical aspects of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C for accurate and compliant filings. The event witnessed active participation from more than 30 CA students, who demonstrated enthusiasm and actively engaged with the speaker, making the session highly interactive.
