Rice Flour Balls 

Combine curd, rice flour, all-purpose flour, finely chopped green chili, ginger, cumin, asafoetida, salt, sugar, soda water, coriander, and curry leaves to create a thick mixture. Fry spoonfuls in hot oil until they achieve a golden brown color.

Rice Flour Chilla 

Create a batter using rice flour and assorted chopped vegetables (such as onions, cucumber, tomato, carrots, bell pepper, and chilies). Season the mixture and cook it on a hot pan, similar to pancakes.

No-Soak Dal Vada 

Blend fried gram and ginger, then incorporate carrot, onion, chilies, cumin, coriander, curry leaves, salt, and pepper. Form a thick mixture, shape it into tikkis, and deep fry  until crisp.
