Inflation is making everything more expensive, and one of the hardest-hit commodities is fuel. The average price of gasoline around the world is USD 1.30 (1.19 euros). However, some nations boast of much lower prices. Here's a list of countries with the cheapest fuel globally.

Venezuela  

In Venezuela, Gasoline costs just 0.1 Venezuelan Bolivar (VEF) or USD 0.004 per litre (for the first 120 litres, after which it is priced at $0.50/litre).

Iran  

For Iran, the first 60 litres of fuel cost 15000 Iranian Rial (IRR) or USD 0.029 per litre. After this, its price is 30,000 IRR per litre or USD 0.58. 

Libya  

Here gasoline costs 0.15 Libyan Dinar (LYD) or  USD 0.031 per litre.

Angola  

The price per litre of gasoline in Angola is 160 Angolan Kwanza (AOA) or 0.305 USD. 

Algeria  

In Algeria, the price per litre of gasoline is 45.97 Algerian Dinar (DZD) or $0.338. 

Kuwait  

As of May 15th, 2023, the price of gasoline for Kuwait is 0.11 Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) or USD 0.342 per litre. 

Egypt  

The rate of gasoline per litre for Egypt is 11.30 Egyptian Pound (EGP) or USD 0.372. 

Turkmenistan  

In Turkmenistan, the price of gasoline stands at 1.5 New Manat or USD 0.428 per litre 

Malaysia  

The price per litre of gasoline in Malaysia is 2.05 Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or 0.456 USD. 

Kazakhstan  

In Kazakhstan, fuel costs 215.9 Kazakhstan Tenge (KZT) or USD 0.480 per litre.
