Cristiano trains 3-4 hours a day, five days a week to keep his body fat percentage low. He complements it with multiple cardio sessions. He also goes swimming and running everyday.

Cristiano Ronaldo has a cryotherapy chamber built in his home which is worth 37 lakhs. This helps him in relaxing and building his muscles after an intensive workout.
RONALDO'S DIET
Ronaldo has six small-sized meals everyday. He follows a high protein diet with plenty of whole grain carbs, fruits and vegetables. He also avoids sugar and beverages intake.
RONALDO'S BREAKFAST
For the first meal of the day, Ronaldo usually eats ham and cheese with some yogurt on the side.
RONALDO's LUNCH
His lunch includes chicken and salad. He also includes tuna, olives, egg and tomatoes in his lunch. His lunch is usually low fat and rich in protein.

Cristiano also partakes evening snacks which includes avocado toasts and fresh fruits, rich in proteins and other essential elements.
RONALDO’S DINNER
At the time of dinner, Ronaldo eats some kind of fish such as tuna and healthy salad.His dinner also includes steak and calamari.

To maintain his physique he also takes some supplements which include BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids), protein shakes and multi vitamins.
