Dipankar Borah (25), the only son of Joon Borah, a school teacher, and Mamoni Borah, permanent residents of Nagsankar Center, breathed his last at a private hospital in Guwahati on Monday night. Dipankar, who sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle accident in front of Sootea PS on November 2, was immediately taken to Tezpur and later to Guwahati for further treatment. However, he succumbed to his injuries on Monday night. The untimely death of the youth has cast a pall of gloom over the entire Nagsankar area. He leaves behind his parents and a host of relatives.
