BISWANATH CHARIALI, March 13: A new Customer Service Point (CSP) of the State Bank of India was inaugurated at Samar Dalani by Prem Chetry, the branch manager of SBI, Sootea branch, at a function held on Wednesday. Inaugurating the CSP, the branch manager briefly stated the benefits that customers can avail from a CSP. He also described various welfare schemes launched by the State Bank of India.
The inaugural session was also addressed by Manoj Kr Hajong, CSP in-charge of the NE region, and Putul Gogoi, an employee of SBI, Sootea. The session was attended by Bhaben Kalita, field assistant of CSP, and the general public. It is to be mentioned here that a local youth, Subhash Sarma, has installed the CSP for the financial help of the local people. All the proceedings of the inaugural session were conducted by Anjan Baskota, a journalist.
