DIBRUGARH, July 6: A commemorative postage stamp to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh will be released shortly.

This was informed by Union minister of Railways, Communications & Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw in a letter to Union minister of state for Petroleum and Natural Gas & Labour and Employment and Dibrugarh MP Rameswar Teli.
