KBC to return with its 14th season

GUWAHATI, Aug 4: Indian television’s longest-running knowledge-based game show, Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) is all set to return with its 14th season. Produced by StudioNEXT, the show will premiere on August 7, next, and will air every Monday to Friday thereafter.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Indian independence, the show will begin on a celebratory note with an extravagant event called Azadi Ke Garv Ka Mahaparv. Hosted by Amitabh Bachchan, the episode will be graced by Kargil war veteran Major DP Singh; Sena Medal Gallantry Col. Mitali Madhumita, along with Indian sports icons, Padma Vibhushan awardee MC Mary Kom and Padma Shri recipient Sunil Chhetri and Padma Bhushan awardee Aamir Khan.
