The Governor also lauded NIPER Guwahati for securing the 12th position in the latest National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), terming it a reflection of the institute’s growing academic and research excellence.
Quoting the ancient maxim “Arogyam Paramam Bhagyam, Swasthyam Sarvarthasadhanam,” Acharya emphasised the importance of holistic health in the modern world.
He spoke of India’s rich medical heritage and the global recognition that Ayurveda and traditional systems have received under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
