According to an official statement issued by the NPCC, the event served as a meaningful platform for individuals to come together in the spirit of service and contribute to a cause that saves lives.

“The act of donating blood is one of the most noble gestures of humanity, and the camp was organised as a tribute to the values of compassion and service that Rahul Gandhi embodies,” the statement read.

During the visit, they interacted warmly with the children and distributed essential supplies, including food items, toiletries, and stationery.

The visit was aimed at bringing joy to the children and offering them encouragement to pursue their dreams despite challenges.

Addressing the children, Jamir urged them to remain focused on their education and aspirations.

“Every one of you has the potential to achieve greatness. Stay determined, work hard, and never lose hope,” he said.

He also assured the children and the orphanage management of the Congress party’s continued support in their journey.

The day-long programme reflected the NPCC’s emphasis on blending political leadership with meaningful community engagement.
