Lakhimpur, 11 Oct: A tragic accident occurred this afternoon at the under-construction Dibang Valley Multipurpose Project in Dambuk, Dibang Valley district of Arunachal Pradesh.
A worker engaged in the construction work of the large hydropower project lost his life while working inside the tunnel. The deceased, identified as Shubham Das from Udalguri, Assam, was reportedly electrocuted while carrying out his duties inside the tunnel of the 2800 MW project being constructed by NHPC.
