DIPHU, Sept 5: Former members of CPI (ML) – Hills Party Committee who joined the BJP on Sunday said that their former comrade Rabi Kumar Phangcho, secretary of CPI (ML)- Hills Party Committee has no authority to expel them from Hill State Demand Council (HSDC).

In a press conference held here at the office of the Karbi Students Association (KSA- Lumding Road) on Monday, the former CEM Bey said secretary of CPI (ML)- Hills Party Committee (HPC), Rabi Kumar Phangcho cannot expel them and alleged that Phangcho has been taking money from the present BJP CEM of KAAC, Tuliram Ronghang.
