DIPHU, Oct 21: A collection of poems in Assamese written by Dhaniram Tisso, a retired police officer titled ‘Nistobdhata – Anubhavor Anupom Koroni’ was released by the chief executive member of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), Tuliram Ronghang.
The book release function was held at Rangsina Sarpo Cultural Hall at Lorulangso. The book was published by Bali Kasang Trust.
The function was attended by MLAs Darsing Ronghang and Bidyasing Engleng; executive members of KAAC – Mangal Sing Timung, Surya Rongphar and Rina Terangpi; deputy chairman of KAAC, Ajit Kumar Dey; members of Autonomous Council – Prabhat Chandra Taro, Avijit Kro, Penphiga Rengma, Headsing Rongphar and others.
