Krantikal Award to Assamese short story teller Jyotish Sikdar

NAGAON, Jan 2: Krantikal Publication, Nagaon, a leading publication of the middle Assam districts, has nominated Jyotish Sikdar, the noted Assamese litterateur and short story teller for Krantikal Award 2022.
The award will be presented ceremonially at a function soon. While speaking to the local media persons here, Arindam Borkotoky and Kailash Rajkhowa, the proprietor of the publication as well as the trustee of Shivakanta – Krantikal Trust informed about it.
Earlier, the award was presented to noted Assamese litterateurs and writers like Kabin Phukan, Ananda Chandra Dutta, Pranab Jyoti Deka, Anil Rai Chaudhary, Jnan Pujari, Manuram Gogoi, Sananta Tanti, Rafikul Hussain, Basanta Deka, Khagen Gogoi, etc.
