MANGALDAI: In a continuous and intensified drive against anti-social criminals, Mangaldai Police arrested two more drug peddlers at Mangaldai on Monday night. With the input of Superintendent of Police Prakash Sonowal, Mangaldai Police conducted a raid at the residence of Rezaul Karim, son of Ismail Mandal, of village Baghpari under Mangaldai Police Station and recovered 26 numbers of plastic containers with suspected brown sugar weighing 51 grams, along with 32 numbers of empty containers, 60 numbers of Nitcor Tablets, a cash amount of Rs 68,480, and 3 numbers of mobile handsets. They also arrested the accused, Rezaul Karim, along with another drug peddler, Rahim Ali.
