On October 7, the CM inaugurated infrastructure projects across the district, including facilities at Government Secondary School Kovin and Namphai-I Jairmapur, a Material Recovery Facility for waste management at Miao, the Lit Phat Smart Study Centre at Balinong, the Choephelling carpet weaving centre, and the office of the Superintending Engineer, Arunachal Pradesh Electrical Circle-III (APEC-III).

He also laid the foundation stone for the Namdapha Degree College new campus at Namchik Charali, aimed at enhancing educational infrastructure and opportunities in the region.

The tour also included a state cabinet meeting under the initiative “Cabinet Aapke Dwar”, held in Miao to directly engage with local citizens.

Key decisions were taken to improve infrastructure, education, public services, and overall development in Changlang district and across Arunachal Pradesh.

A district-level review meeting followed, with senior officers, HoDs, local MLAs, ministers, and Arunachal East MP Tapir Gao discussing ongoing and upcoming projects.

On the final day of the tour, the CM and his team will participate in “Sewa Aapke Dwar”, an outreach programme where departments will interact with the public, provide on-the-spot services including health check-ups, educational support, and issue certificates, ensuring responsive governance and citizen-centric administration.
