HAMREN, Jan 29: BJP claimed that 150 members from opposition like Congress, Autonomous State Demand Committee (ASDC) and All Party Hills Leaders Conference joined the party at a huge mass joining rally in Parbat, Hamren constituency in West Karbi Anglong district.
The public meeting organised by the BJP, West Karbi Anglong District Committee was attended by the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council, Tuliram Ranghang who urged the people to beware of opposition propaganda. He said that the opposition had nothing to do other then criticising the BJP. The CEM asked for the cooperation of all the people to build a bright future in the coming days.
