AAP to form units in every panchayat of the State

JORHAT, Oct 22: The Aam Aadmi Party has decided to form units in every panchayat in the State and be in readiness to contest the panchayat polls after a couple of years.
The decision was taken at a training programme of karyakartas and party workers at the Mukti Jujaru Bhawan here on Saturday. The training to fight corruption and other ills of society was conducted by AAP state leader and chief trainer Hemanta Phukon.
Phukon said that AAP under the leadership of Arvind Kejriwal would make a new India free of corruption, sky rocketing prices and other ills still prevailing in society.
A pledge was taken to root out corruption from top to bottom by the workers.
Among those who were present were AAP state organising secretary Dibyajyoti Sarmah, AAP state joint secretary Rajiv Saikia and AAP senior member Ranjit Sharma among others.
