DONGKAMUKAM, Feb 8: An employee of APDCL died in an accident in Hamren, West Karbi Anglong under Hamren police station.

The APDCL employee who was the office-cum-field assistant, Hundorsing Teron, was on his motorcycle when it collided with a car in Hamren old market. In the accident, Teron was seriously injured and was taken to Hamren Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital but was later referred to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). But the critically injured Teron died on the way to Guwahati.
