Ajmal Law College signs MoU with University School of Law, Gujarat University

HOJAI, Oct 20: Ajmal Law College, Hojai signed a Memorandum of Understanding with University School of Law, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad at Ajmal Foundation located in Bishnupally in Hojai on Thursday.
Akkash Ali, principal, Ajmal Law College exchanged the memorandum with Prof Kaushik Raval, director, University School of Law, Gujarat University.
Talking to the media, Prof Kaushik Raval expressed his happiness on signing the MoU.
He said, “This MoU will be a milestone to bring paradigm changes in imparting law education in both the institutions.”
Raval further said that there will be an exchange of skills, teachers’ development program, students training, research-based program, seminars, workshops, etc.
“It is an historic day for all of us,” Khasrul Islam, director, Ajmal Foundation said.
“We are happy that the dream which our trustees – Maulana Badruddin Ajmal and Sirajuddin Ajmal saw with the establishment of Ajmal Law College is fulfilling with each passing day,” Islam said adding that this MoU will be for five years and on completion, it will be renewed again.
He said, “Students of ALC first batch brought laurels to the district, which proves the quality of education our institutions impart.”
Dr MRH Azad, general manager, Ajmal Foundation and Akkash Ali, principal, ALC also expressed their happiness on signing the MoU.
They said that this MoU will definitely bring major changes in imparting legal education, and it will help both teachers and students in honing better skills.
Akkash Ali delivered the vote of thanks. On the occasion, all the faculties of Ajmal Law College were present.
