Assam Governor condoles death of Mulayam Singh Yadav

GUWAHATI, Oct 10: Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi condoled the death of former Union minister and chief minister of UP Mulayam Singh Yadav who breathed his last on Monday.
In a condolence message, Prof. Mukhi said, “The death of Mulayam Singh Yadav, a Samajwadi Party patriarch, former Defense minister and former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh is a great loss.”
“As a senior minister, he put up a good show and served the nation as well as its people with dedication and diligence. He had the knack of solving critical issues in a simplistic way. His death would create a void to the socio – political landscape of the nation.”
“I express my empathy to the bereaved family members and pray to the Almighty for eternal peace of the departed soul.”
