SIVASAGAR, July 29: Tanmoyee Shrutidhara Gogoi of Sivasagar has received the Bir Chilarai Award, 2022 in the Junior Cadet (Girls) section of the NCC in a special function held recently at the conference hall of the Assam Secretariat which was presided over by the chief secretary of Assam, Jishnu Barua, IAS in presence of other dignitaries. The award was given by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare.
