BJP Celebrates Rongali Bihu

MORIGAON, May 6: Like other regional organisations and Bihu committees, Bharatiya Janata Party was too not lagging behind from celebrating the essence of Assamese culture the Rongali Bihu with pomp and gaity at historic Bihutoli ground on Friday.

The daylong Bihu programme began with unfurling the flag by the president of BJP Prabin Medhi. A felicitation programme held which was conducted by the GS Nirmal Konwar. MLA of Ramakanta Deuri inaugurated the Mukoli Bihu  programme in presence of leaders of state committee and the workers of BJP.
