The meeting, presided over by BJYM State President Rakesh Das, was attended by BJP General Secretary (Organisation) GR Ravindra Raju, BJYM State General Secretary Rituparna Sarma, BJP General Secretary Anup Barman, and 39 district in-charges.

The workshop finalised a strategy to induct 20 youth members per booth in Assam, with all organisational data to be maintained digitally for efficiency and accountability.

Addressing the gathering, BJYM President Rakesh Das said the Booth Yuva Bahini would act as BJYM’s frontline youth force, spreading awareness of government welfare initiatives and strengthening the organisation at the grassroots.

He added that the initiative aims to ensure that the developmental vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma reaches every household.

Das also said disciplined and active youth at the booth level would remind people of the misgovernance during the Congress era and prevent such instability from returning.

BJYM, he added, is committed to building a dynamic and socially responsible youth force dedicated to the unity and progress of Assam.
