Blood donation camp organised

GUWAHATI, June 12: Mahila mangal- an old and renowned charitable organisation of Guwahati arranged a blood donation camp in Marwari Hospital Research Centre, Athgaon, Guwahati on Sunday in which the members of the club and the donors donated about 25 units of blood successfully. This drive was organised under the leadership of Preeti Saraf, president and the project coordinator, Niru Kabra along with the club members. DP Bajaj, chairman of blood bank of the hospital was also present in the camp and appreciated and encouraged the drive. According to secretary Rasika Deorah, “Mahila Mangal is completing 50 years this year and is always ready in front foot to serve the society.”
