NAGAON, Oct 24: A team from the Chief Minister’s Vigilance, Assam, on Thursday visited the residence of Nandeswar Bora, a Personal Security Officer (PSO) of noted singer Zubeen Garg, at Nonoi Uriagaon in Nagaon.

During the visit, the team reportedly conducted a surprise raid and examined the property along with other related documents and belongings.

In the absence of Bora’s wife, members of the vigilance team also questioned his father as part of the inquiry, local sources said.
Officials from the vigilance team did not make any detailed statement to the media regarding the purpose or findings of the visit.
After completing their inspection, the team is said to have returned to Guwahati.
