DIPHU, May 8: The Kuki National Assembly (KNA), Karbi Anglong, Assam; Karbi Anglong Hmar Association; Young Paite Association and Karbi Anglong Mizo Association held an emergency meeting on May 6 at Manja. The house condemned the “gruesome killing and arson” including attacks on churches in Manipur, said a press release of Kuki National Assembly, Karbi Anglong, Assam.

KNA urged all to maintain utmost restraint and share the sorrows and grief of the families who suffered loss of life and property. The association urged for maintaining calm, peace and harmony in Karbi Anglong. Prevent the spread of fake news and rumours.
