Excise raid at Margherita

MARGHERITA, Dec 13: A joint extensive excise search, patrolling and raid was conducted by Margherita and Digboi Excise Team in Bhittor Powai, Dehing Tea Estate and Bongaon under Margherita and Digboi police station of Tinsukia district on Tuesday.
Total 3 cases were detected and the items seized and destroyed were illicit distilled liquor 40 liters (approx.) and fermented wash 70 litres (approx.).
