Executive meeting of Mahila Morcha held in Biswanath

BISWANATH CHARIALI, Sept 27: The executive meeting of Biswanath district Mahila Morcha was held on Tuesday at the Community Hall, Kalabari Gohpur with Lina Saikia, president of the district committee in the chair.
The meeting was attended by Gohpur MLA Utpal Bora, OBC chairman Numal Barua, state executive member Snigdha Goswami, Kamini Kakaty, Bharati Devi Bhuyan, Dipa Chetry, presidents of 11 mandal committees of the women organisation along with party workers from the district.
“Gohpur MLA addressed the gathering and made humble appeal to the party workers to work unitedly and requested to maintain a cordial relation with the general public,” informed Ranju Sarma Parajuli, president of Garehagi GP and media convenor of Biswanath district Mahila Morcha.
