Morigaon, June 20: In a formal farewell organised by the school committee, two assistant teachers, Rojmarry Surin Bada and Kashmiri Barua, of Udmari LP School under the Mayong revenue circle were bid farewell on Tuesday. The teachers, who have been transferred to their respective districts through mutual understanding, were honoured during the ceremony by the headmistress of Deusal LP School, Ritamoni Deka. As a token of appreciation, they were presented with traditional ‘gamosa’ in the gathering held at the school.
