BISWANATH CHARIALI, Aug 5: To commemorate the upcoming 76th Independence Day, Biswanath district administration in collaboration with the DIPRO (District Public Relation Office) has organised a short film making competition on the topic ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ under the umbrella project of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Any willing candidate may prepare a short video of 3/4 minutes and may send to sdiprobnc@gmail.com on or before August 12, stated a press release. The shortlisted short films will be awarded by the district administration with cash awards.
