HOWRAGHAT, Feb 22: Continuing the public interaction programme of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC), its chief executive member (CEM), Tuliram Ronghang attended a meeting at Pam Ingti village’s playground under Namati Member of Autonomous Council (MAC) constituency in Karbi Anglong on Saturday.
The CEM speaking in the meeting said that KAAC would ardently listen to the problems and solve the respective grievances.
In the same meeting, the CEM felicitated Gracie Marak with a Karbi turban, a citation and cash of Rs. 50,000. Marak was the NCC commander accompanying the Prime Minister at the last Republic Day celebration in Delhi.
The meeting was attended by the chief secretary of KAAC, Si-im Taro; local MAC and executive member of KAAC, Ritesh Inghee; MLAs Darsing Ranghang, Bidya Sing Engleng and Rupsing Teron; MP Amarsing Tisso, and others.
