GUWAHATI, Oct 17: Kumar Gaurav, the owner of Kumar Engineering has been nominated as the non-official member of the state-level District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) for the state of Assam.
Gaurav, an entrepreneur from Jalukbari who is known for his indigenous technology to manufacture high quality e-rickshaws and power tillers.
DISHA was formed to ensure better coordination among all the elected representatives in Parliament, state legislatures and local governments for efficient and time-bound development.
It is to be mentioned here that Gaurav completed his MBA with first class in finance and marketing from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Moreover, he has also to his credit a diploma in IT from the Institute of Management and Advanced Global and a BS in engineering from Kensington University.
