DIPHU, March 25: In pursuance of district magistrate, Karbi Anglong, Diphu, order vide No MJ24/31/2023-CA-KAG/3, dated January 18, 2023, a magisterial enquiry into the death of one person namely Sahidul Islam, age about 30 years, S/o: Ramiz Uddin of Debasthan Bazar, under Murajhar police station, district Hojai in police action on 12/01/2023 in between 1:00 to 1:30 am at general area of Thekerajan under Bokalia police station, district Karbi Anglong has been instituted.

“This public notice is hereby given to all individuals, organisations/ NoK of the deceased concerned who are conversant with the fact to depose in written or orally through submission of memorandum before the undersigned for a hearing during office hours on April 4, 2023 at 10:30 am onwards at the office chamber of the deputy commissioner, Karbi Anglong, Diphu,” the order stated.
