GUWAHATI, May 2: The North Eastern Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India organised a seminar on ‘Related Party Transaction vis a vis – Recent Amendments and Other Aspects’ and ‘Branding and Marketing Skills on Social Media for Professional Growth’ on April 30 at ICSI House, Guwahati.
UK Sahoo, Registrar of Companies, North Eastern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India, graced the seminar as guest of honour. The guest of honour in his speech apprised the gathering in detail about every aspect of Nidhi Companies.
CS Biman Debnath, member, EIRC of ICSI graced the programme as special guest.
CS Sudhir Kumar Banthiya, past chairman, EIRC of ICSI; and CS (Dr.) Mohit Shaw, renowned corporate trainer and entrepreneur from Kolkata graced the seminar as speakers. The esteemed speakers discussed the topics in detail.
The North Eastern Chapter of ICSI also felicitated in the seminar the CS professional passed students from the North Eastern Region of the country in the December 2021 CS Exams.
CS Pradeep Sharma, chairman, North Eastern Chapter of EIRC of ICSI delivered the welcome address. CS Nikhil Jain Gangwal, vice chairman and secretary, NE Chapter coordinated the event.
