New committee of All Assam Brahman Samaj takes charge

MORIGAON, Sept 15: The new committee of All Assam Brahman Samaj formally took charge during the joint executive body meeting held at Morigaon Vishnu Mandir on Thursday.
The 52-member committee of All Assam Brahman Samaj, led by president Prof. Khagen Goswami, working president Amulya Sarma and secretary general Tultul Barthakur determined to work with a positive view and towards the upliftment of the Brahman Samaj.
Notably, the new state committee of Assam Brahman Samaj was formed at the 10th biennial conference of Assam Brahman Samaj held with a two day long programme on July 23 and July 24 ,2022 last. The new state committee took the charge from the previous committee on Thursday.
Besides, the 41-member of the new state committee of Assam Yuba Brahman Samaj, led by president Jayanta Kr. Sarma and secretary Nipu Kr. Sarma also formally took charge during the meeting.
