GUWAHATI, Aug 18: The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to increase the stoppage time of 15417/15418 (Alipurduar Jn. – Silghat Town – Alipurduar Jn.) Rajya Rani Express from existing 2 minutes to 5 minutes at Nagaon station over Lumding division to facilitate loading/unloading of parcel traffic and to benefit the aggregator. Moreover, it has been decided for additional stoppage of 15635/15636 (Okha – Guwahati – Okha) Dwarka Express at Bhawani Mandi station over West Central Railway on experimental basis for a period of six months from August 20, 2022 to February 19, 2023. Additionally, timing of Train no. 15654 (Jammu Tawi – Guwahati) Amarnath Express will be revised at Samastipur station over East Central Railway w.e.f. August 21, 2022.
Train no. 15417 (Alipurduar Jn. – Silghat Town) Rajya Rani Express will arrive at Nagaon at 07:35 hours and depart at 07:40 hours every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday w.e.f. August 19, 2022. Train no. 15418 (Silghat Town – Alipurduar Jn.) Rajya Rani Express will arrive at Nagaon at 18:38 hours and depart at 18:43 hours every Wednesday, Saturday and Monday w.e.f. August 20, 2022. Increase of stoppage time will help transportation of local produce to the nearest market, thus benefiting farmers.
Further Train no. 15635 (Okha – Guwahati) Dwarka Express commencing journey from Okha w.e.f. August 19, 2022 (Friday) will have a stoppage at Bhawani Mandi on August 20 (Saturday) at 05:19 hours and will depart at 05:20 hours. Train no. 15636 (Guwahati – Okha) Dwarka Express commencing journey from Guwahati w.e.f. August 22, 2022 (Monday) will have a stoppage at Bhawani Mandi on August 24, 2022 (Wednesday) at 05:29 hours and will depart at 05:30 hours.
Train no. 15654 (Jammu Tawi – Guwahati) Amarnath Express which will commence its journey from Jammu Tawi w.e.f August 19, 2022 (Friday) will arrive Samastipur station at 04:25 hours and depart at 04:45 hours on August 21, 2022 (Sunday).
