DEMOW, Dec 24: Under the patronage of Bokota Parijat Primary School, Parijat Middle English School, Jaitya Bidyapith Parijat and Pubajyoti Sangha the Parijat Book Fair began in Parijat from December 22 for four consecutive days. Nabaranjan Mohan, president of Parijat Gaon Panchayat hoisted the flag. The ‘Smriti Tarpan’ was offered by Durga Prasad Barua. The Book Fair stalls was inaugurated by Udit Barua, a writer. Different competitions and programmes were organised on the occasion of the Book Fair. The Book Fair will conclude on December 25.
