GUWAHATI, Sept 7: The state Social Justice & Empowerment minister presided over the inauguration of the ‘Digital Block’ at Mayong Regional College in the Jagiroad constituency on Thursday. During the ceremony, the minister expressed his belief that this technological addition would significantly enhance students’ academic and scholastic pursuits.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including the president of the Mayong Development Committee, Prafulla Bhuyan, the principal of Mayong Regional College, Dr Mahananda Bora, the president of the Managing Committee, Rabidhar Nath, and the executive president of Mayong College, Prashanta Saikia.
The ‘Digital Block’ at Mayong Regional College is expected to provide students with modern technology and resources to support their education and learning journey. This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to advancing educational infrastructure and opportunities in Assam.
